Cara membuat es krim kelapa muda :
bahan:
- 1/2 liter susu segar
- 100ml air kelapa muda
- 1 sdk tepung maizena, larutkan sedikit dalam air
- 3 telur ayam, ambil kuningnya saja lalu dikocok
- 200gr daging kelapa muda
- 100 mk krim kental
cara membuat:
- Campurkan susu dan air kelapa muda kemudian aduk rata.
- masak diatas api kecil sambil diaduk terus hingga panas
- masukan cairan mazaina kemudian aduk terus hingga mendidih
- ambi sedikit adonan kemudian aduk dengan kuning telur
- masukkan kembali dalam adonan. massak hingga mendidih kemudian angkat dan terus diaduk hingga uapnya hilang
- tambahkan daging kelapa muda dan krim kemudian aduk rata
- setelah agk dingin, masukan kedalam freezer hingga setengah beku
- aduk kembali hingga rata kemudian simpan dalam freezer hingga beku
- sajikan dalam gelas-gelas kecil

Pengalaman tentang hape gw dan teman-teman hampir disita pak JUSMAN
Pada hari jumat sewaktu lonceng main-main pertama, kita di kelas memainkan hape kita masing-masing. Dan bel pun lonceng, dan tidak lama kemudian pak jusman pun datang untuk mengecek seperti biasanya. pak jusman pun sempat memasuki kelas kita,dan kita hanya melihatnya sebentar dan melihatnya keluar dari pintu,dan rupanya pak jusman mengawasi kita dari kaca belakang dan kita lagi memainkan hape kami. beberapa saat lagi teman gw bilang "JUSMAN a JUSMANNN..." kita pun langsung terkejut dan jusman memasuki kelas kita lagi. lalu dia pun memanggil gw dan teman-teman gw untk maju dan menyerahkan hape kita kpd pak jusman. lalu disuruh ke bp. kita pun pergi, sesampai di bp, buk imelda menanyakan kita knp? dan kita pun menceritakan kejadianny. sebenarnya sih hal kecil,cumak memainkan hape sebelum guruny dtg. kita menunggu sampai pak jusman dtg. sesudah pak jusman dtg pak jusman pun menasihati kita dan bercanda dgn kita. dan kemudian dikembaliakan hape kami. lalu disuruh balek ke kelas. sesampai dikelas semuanya pun heboh menanyaakan kita, gimana hape kalian? disita gk? dan blablabla.
